Yes we accept Horizon, Cigna, Aetna, United/Optum as well as being an out of network provider for other insurance companies.
When out of network, you could be reimbursed partially after services (usually around 75% per session) with out of network benefits. You can also use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account cards to pay for sessions. Please contact your insurance company for out of network benefit information. We do provide you a Superbill for reimbursement.
Sessions are between 45-60 minutes depending on the presenting problem.
There are several payment options available. We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards.
Missed session policies:
Less than 24 hours cancelation/ No show- $100/fee
We value your time as well as ours. Since we create or schedule around our appointments, please try to let us know when things come up. We understand that things can come up such as inclement weather, illnesses, and emergencies. Keeping this in mind, we have created several options to handle these situations:
Inclement weather or mild/moderate Illness (if possible)- Telehealth session
Severe illness or emergency - 1 free missed session pass
We ask that whenever possible and as soon as possible, you contact the office to make appropriate arrangements to either cancel, rearrange or reschedule your session.
YES! Telehealth sessions via videochat are readily available. At times, sessions are available outside of our traditional office hours. If you have insurance, please check with your insurance to see if telehealth sessions are a covered benefit.
